I posted this somewhat hastily originally. Apologies, however, : it's patent nonsense, from the PS2 advertising campaign; it's real in that sense, so it should probably be merged into the PS2 page. At the moment it's written too matter-of-factly as though it's about an actual system, and I wouldn't want to take up space for when the real PS9 article comes along in 30 years. It is, however, fiction presented as fact. I can't find any evidence that this particular advertising campaign is sufficiently encyclopedic to deserve its own article.
